With an environmental conscious operation and use of carefully selected materials and finishes from proven sustainable suppliers, our clients can rest assured that our designs and specifications will help them reduce their environmental impact and carbon footprint.

Any fit out will have an impact on the environment, however our sustainable fit out and refurbishment service is designed to minimise any harm caused by the build, by following environmental best practice on site.

We demand environmental training for all of our staff - surveyors, builders, designers, project managers. we use accredited staff who recycle on site - separating stripped-out materials, and disposing of harmful chemicals safely.

Our management systems have been certified to ISO 14001, the environmental standard. We only work with properly certified suppliers.

As part of our sustainable office service, we'll make sure your fit out is aimed at achieving Carbon Neutral results. We have the environmental credentials and experience to ensure your fit out meets or exceeds the latest guidelines and legislation - not just on sustainability, but on Health and Safety, too.
