With similar requirements to the contract management role (shown below), as a Senior Contract Manager you will be expected to run more complex projects and work with some of our most exacting clients.   To be successful in this role you must be able to work autonomously with minimal guidance.

Contract Managers - Up to £41,600 per annum
Plus excellent benefits package and car allowance.

Responsible for the management of projects ranging from £5,000 to £250,000 across the UK, this is a client facing role which requires an experienced professional with a proven track record in successfully managing programmes, quality standards and budgets across multiple sites. You should be fully conversant with CDM regulations, have excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate site teams, all of which requires a methodical and disciplined approach to contract management. You must be willing to travel and stay away from home, as necessary.

Estimator - £Negotiable
Plus an excellent benefits package.

A careful and diligent professional person is required for our Estimating Department, fully conversant in estimating and with at least 3 years experience in the shopfitting or construction industry. You will demonstrate initiative and prepare estimates and final accounts to deadlines in a fast track organisation and demanding industry.
